Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Dance Insight account and its data at any time.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Dance Insight and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Choose “Delete account”.
- Confirm in the dialog to permanently delete your account.
Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. You’re signed out immediately.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and profile information
- Your saved clips and uploaded videos
- Your sign-in identity (authentication account)
- Any active subscription is canceled.
Request deletion without the app
If you can’t sign in to the app, email support from the email address on your account and we’ll verify your identity and delete it for you.
Note: invoices and transaction records held by Stripe may be retained for a period as required by law. Full removal from backups can take up to 30 days.
